  We moved from Miami to Clearwater about 2 years ago.  My son grew up on Latin food.  For his college graduation party he wanted seafood paella.  I thought I'll never find a company who has paella as good as the companies in Miami...I was wrong!  Our chef arrived exactly at the scheduled time.  He hand made croquettes that I served as an appetizer.  We were beyond blown away how delicious the seafood paella was. It was as if we were back in Miami.  Our chef served my guests. The salad was fresh, the dressing was out of this world.  And the bread...just yum.  The chef cleaned up, there was no mess and all of my guests raved about the food.   If you have not tried Star Paella & Catering, what are you waiting for? They catered my 60th Birthday party of 80+ people and it was a HIT! Everyone loved the food, their service is top notch!   Amazing, amazing, amazing! We called with very little notice and we live in Gainesville. Carlos was so accommodating and responsive! But the best part was the delicious food and presentation!   We are delighted to have had Carlos work our family reunion for Fathers day weekend! You made everything flawless, from coordinating with us and recommending quantities for our party of 20! The circumstances were quite challenging as the setup was outdoors and a heavy storm came in while food was being prepped.  Under heavy rain and thunder storm, Carlos delivered to perfection!!  We had Paella Campesina, Vegetarian Paella, Empanadas Chicken and Beef and Meatballs!!!  All was delicious and all our family was eating like crazy!  The taste and presentation was amazing!   Next time we’re in town we will definitely call you again! Thank you so much for making this day special for all of us!
